You should have at least 1–3 years of relevant work experience, although we place great emphasis on personality.

Responsibilities:

As a Junior IT Technician in Stockholm, you will focus on providing support and ensuring that the workplace technology functions as intended. You will work closely with users and learn how to maintain a professional IT environment. Typical tasks include:

• Workstation Installation and Configuration You assist with installing computers, printers, phones, and other equipment, ensuring everything works and is connected to the network.

• Troubleshooting and User Support When colleagues encounter technical issues, you help find solutions – either on-site or via remote support. You will learn to work methodically and confidently, even in stressful situations.

• Updates and Basic Security You ensure devices are updated with the correct software and security patches. We will show you how to work according to the company's IT security procedures.

• Support and Service You serve as a friendly face, providing technical help and guiding users in a simple and pedagogical manner.

• Documentation You assist in documenting installations, equipment, and cases so that we always have a clear overview of the IT environment.

• Learning and Development You actively participate in improvement work and receive support to grow in your role and take on more responsibility over time.

Qualifications:

• Education in IT/technology, or 1–2 years of practical experience in IT support or similar
• Interest in technology, problem-solving, and helping others
• Communicative and service-oriented – you enjoy talking to users and can explain technology in a simple way
• Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and networks
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
