Do you want to build systems used in socially vital operations – where quality, architecture, and long-term sustainability are key concepts?

Växa develops digital solutions that support Swedish agriculture. Our systems are used in operations where information must be accurate and our solutions reliable. We are therefore looking for you who want to work with system development in an environment where architecture, testability, security, and maintainability are central values. We work with continuous improvements, and this will be part of your daily life at Växa. You will become part of a development department divided into five scrum teams consisting of approximately 20 developers.

Your daily life with us

We work with self-developed systems that support Swedish agriculture. You will be involved in the entire development chain – from requirements and analysis to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and further development.

You will work, among other things, with:

• Developing systems in our Microsoft-based tech stack
• Building solutions according to common architecture and established design principles
• Creating systems that are robust, testable, and easy to maintain
• Migrating older systems to our new platform
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions

We are looking for you who thrive with structure and quality

We believe you are an experienced developer who has worked in environments where systems need to last over time. You understand the difference between quickly getting something to work and building solutions that are properly designed, testable, secure, and possible to further develop.

You do not need to come from the agricultural sector, but we would appreciate it if you have experience from operations with high demands on quality, traceability, and long-term management, for example, banking and finance, the public sector, or other larger organizations with complex system environments.

To succeed in the role, you have experience with:

• .NET and C#
• SQL and databases
• Building systems according to defined architecture principles
• Working with code quality, testability, and maintainability
• Working closely with the business
• You speak and write fluent Swedish

It is meritorious if you have experience with:

• Azure, DevOps, Git, and CI/CD
• Integration solutions and APIs
• Business-critical or transaction-intensive systems
• Modernization of older systems
• Domain-driven design, clean architecture, or similar architectural patterns
• AI support in system development
• Scrum or other agile working methods

Other information

The position is full-time with salary and start date according to agreement. The location is in Eskilstuna or Uppsala, with the possibility of some remote work according to agreement.
