Your daily work – contribute to our development with a focus on security

The IT Department currently consists of approximately 60 people, with plans for further expansion during 2026. We work with both standard IT environments and IT environments classified for security protection, with the latter showing forward-looking development and engagement.

As the responsible Group Manager for the IT Security group, you will:

• Lead and distribute work for employees
• Ensure SOC work with daily routines and monitoring
• Ensure and prioritize IT security incident handling as well as the design of included processes
• Ensure employee competence development
• Ensure lifecycle management, administration, and development of applications and infrastructure for the systems handling IT security
• Environmental analysis within Cybersecurity and IT security
• Budget and personnel responsibility

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a University College degree or university education in IT security, economics, or another education we find relevant. You have several years of experience working in a leadership position with personnel and budget responsibility within the IT field, preferably IT security. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English and good administrative skills. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.

It is meritorious to have relevant certifications within the IT security field as well as professional experience from the public sector. If you have experience of SOC work and experience of working within the IT security sphere, it is to your advantage.

About the employment

The position is a permanent employment and may start with a probationary period. As a permanent employee, you will be war-placed. The location is Eskilstuna. Employment with us requires Swedish citizenship and implies placement in a security class. Security clearance with register check will be conducted before employment in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.
