Your new role
Do you want to work in a socially important IT environment where your efforts make a real difference every day? We are now looking for a service desk agent for a large public organization in Sörmland. Here you will have a varied role with many points of contact, supporting everyone from healthcare personnel to administrators and cultural activities.
You will become an important part of the service desk team and contribute to ensuring that users receive quick, clear, and professional assistance with IT, telephony, and operational system-related questions.
Examples of tasks: - Receive and manage incoming cases via phone and case management system - Provide user support within IT, telephony, and healthcare systems - Manage orders, error reports, and access administration - Work with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a Windows environment - Support for Microsoft 365, Teams, and user accounts - Work with remote control to assist users from a distance - Handle Citrix-related questions and incidents - Document and follow up on cases according to procedures - Collaborate with service desk agents and support technicians within the IT organization
Working hours are currently weekdays between 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00.

To be successful in this role, you need toBe accustomed to providing support and communicating with users primarily via phone
Basic experience with Active Directory and user accounts
Be familiar with Microsoft Windows 10 and able to assist users with common issues
Have worked with Azure AD or similar account management
Have used Microsoft 365, including Office programs and Teams, in a support role
Be experienced in logging and following up on cases in a case management system
Be able to use remote control to assist users from a distance
Have experience working in a Citrix environment and supporting users
