Do you want to combine leadership with operational support in an organization that makes a difference every day? We are now looking for an experienced Team Leader/Service Desk Agent who wants to take a central role in a dedicated support team within e-health.
The Assignment
You will step into a shared role where approximately 70% of the time involves responsibilities as a team leader, and the remaining 30% includes operational work in the service desk.
As a Team Leader, you will:
Lead and coordinate the daily work of the service desk
Ensure that operational goals are met and that SLAs are followed
Manage incidents, escalations, and problem-solving
Drive dialogues and operational forums with customers
Be a present and supportive leader in the team
We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, confident in their leadership, and used to taking responsibility in customer dialogues. You are solution-oriented, structured, and thrive in a role where you can lead, support, and develop both employees and processes.
As a Service Desk Agent, you will:
Provide support to users within the organization, via phone and case management systems
Handle IT-related issues such as fault reports, orders, user support, and permissions
Collaborate closely with colleagues in the service desk and technical support
Document cases and contribute to high customer satisfaction
Requirements
Very strong communication skills
Previous experience in team leadership within service desk/IT support
Experience in scheduling
Unpretentious and cooperative
Good experience working via phone
Knowledge in:
Active Directory
Microsoft Windows 10
Azure AD
Microsoft 365 & Teams
Case management systems
Remote control tools
Citrix
Personal Qualities

Practical Details:
Location: Eskilstuna
Assignment Period: 2026-01-01 to 2026-06-30
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, two shifts (07–16 or 08–17) can be adjusted according to the needs of the organization
Travel may occur in the position.
