As a Support Technician, you will be an important part of an engaged team that ensures users receive quick and quality assistance with their IT issues. You will work both via phone, remotely, and on-site to solve technical problems and create a smooth IT experience for the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues related to PCs, printers, and peripherals

• Installing and uninstalling software

• Documenting and registering cases according to applicable SLAs

• Collaborating with colleagues and other IT units

• Contributing to 100% satisfied users through proactive and quality work

You have experience with:

• Active Directory

• Microsoft Windows 11

• Azure AD

• Microsoft 365 & Teams

• Ticketing systems

• Remote control tools (e.g., RCW)

• Working in a hospital environment

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

You are communicative and express yourself clearly, while also possessing analytical skills that help you quickly understand and solve problems. Your social skills enable you to easily build good relationships with both colleagues and users, and you have a solution-oriented approach that always strives to create the best possible experience for the customer. To succeed in this role, it is also important that you are flexible and can adapt to different situations and needs that arise in daily life.
