We are now looking for a Service Desk Agent for a larger regional public organization. In this role, you will provide user support for a broad operation that includes everything from healthcare personnel to administrative and cultural functions. You will handle cases related to operational systems, IT, and telephony, such as:

• Error reports

• Orders

• User support

• Requests and wishes

• Access management

The work involves daily contact with users, primarily via phone, where you troubleshoot, guide, and find solutions to various problems. You document all cases in the organization's case management system and collaborate closely with other service desk staff and support technicians.

Working hours and location

The working hours are currently weekdays with two shifts: 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00 (can be adjusted based on operational needs).

• Good experience working with the phone as a primary work tool
