Your new role
In the role of Support Technician, you will ensure that the client's IT environment runs smoothly in daily operations. You will work closely with the client's IT department and users, becoming a central contact person for technical questions.
The work is varied, involving both planned tasks and real-time problem-solving. You will have the opportunity to work with modern systems and tools in a dynamic environment, where your service mindset and technical skills truly shine.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Troubleshooting and support for clients, printers, networks, and office systems
- Handling cases in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow or TopDesk)
- Installation and configuration of computers, software, and accessories
- Supporting users in both Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Collaborating with other IT functions to ensure operations and development
Your background
You who apply for this role have solid experience working with IT support and thrive in a position where you solve problems and make life easier for users. You are confident in your technical skills and communicate easily with both users and colleagues.
To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a support technician or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking
- Experience in troubleshooting, hardware, and user support
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Valid driver's license (Category B) (meritorious depending on client assignments)
