Your Daily Life – Contribute to Our Development with a Focus on Security

The IT department currently consists of about 55 people and is continuously growing. We are constantly working on our skills development, and we care that everyone participates in various training initiatives.

The IT department's IT infrastructure group is now looking for an IT Specialist focused on servers, storage, backup, and virtualization platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing solutions focusing on both internal and external environments, ensuring the operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, and contributing to development through market monitoring and contact with suppliers.

You will be a key person in ensuring stable and secure operation of our IT systems. The work is done in close collaboration with other IT groups as well as with business representatives to create high-quality, robust, and future-proof solutions that meet the needs of the business.

As an IT Specialist focused on infrastructure, you will work with:

  • Working with documentation regarding systems and operations, focusing on ensuring clear and up-to-date system documentation.
  • Participating in projects and implementations of new solutions.
  • Conducting market monitoring and providing advice on IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Being responsible for installations

Your daily work will take place in both closed and open environments. Travel may occur but can be planned. It may also become relevant to have on-call work.

A valid driver's license (class B) is required, along with Swedish citizenship. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English.

It is advantageous if you have a university degree in IT technology or a similar education, as well as current certifications or training focused on servers, storage, backup, and virtualization platforms.

It is also advantageous if you have:

  • Experience in configuration, operation, and management of Linux systems
  • Experience working with container platforms such as Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
  • Experience and knowledge of Citrix/CVAD solutions

Your personal qualities are very important to us, and we will place great emphasis on personal suitability, where a key part is that you are security-conscious. As a person, you are meticulous, service-oriented, and have good communication and collaboration skills. You are also quality-conscious and have your own drive and commitment to your work, as well as working in a structured manner and having good analytical skills. You need to be solution-focused and quickly find solutions and think outside the box. You are good at working constructively when there is a lot happening.
