RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

In this role, you will manage a wide range of cases related to healthcare systems, IT, and telecommunications. You will assist users from various parts of our client's organization, including doctors and cultural workers, with everything from reporting issues to managing permissions.

• Handle issue reports, orders, and user support.
• Solve problems related to healthcare systems, IT, and telecommunications.
• Communicate actively with customers via phone.
• Document cases in the case management system.
• Manage permissions.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the Service Desk and support technicians.
