ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Service Desk Agent, you will be a central part of the team ensuring that users within our client's organization receive quick and effective support. You will handle a variety of cases, from technical problems to orders, contributing to a smooth IT environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties
In this role, you will manage a wide range of cases related to healthcare systems, IT, and telecommunications. You will assist users from various parts of our client's organization, including doctors and cultural workers, with everything from reporting issues to managing permissions.
- Handle issue reports, orders, and user support.
- Solve problems related to healthcare systems, IT, and telecommunications.
- Communicate actively with customers via phone.
- Document cases in the case management system.
- Manage permissions.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Service Desk and support technicians.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have knowledge of Active Directory.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10.
- Have knowledge of Azure AD.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Have knowledge of case management systems.
- Have knowledge of Citrix.
- Are accustomed to working with the phone as a communication tool.
