Job Description

As a Junior Service Agent, you will become a key person helping users throughout the organization with everything from technical challenges to permissions. The department handles all types of cases related to IT, telephony, and business systems – for example, fault reports, orders, user support, inquiries, and permission management.

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their IT career who loves customer contact and is passionate about helping others. Customer contact is largely conducted via phone and digital channels, where issues vary. You thrive on solving problems, searching for information, and above all, communicating – both with end-users and your colleagues in the support team. All cases are documented continuously in our case management system.

Working Hours: Working hours are currently scheduled Monday to Friday, split into two different shifts (07:00–16:00 and 08:00–17:00), but may be adjusted according to business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class support via phone and remote control.
  • Register, categorize, and resolve or escalate cases in the case management system.
  • Closely collaborate with other service desk agents and support technicians in the IT organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Directory / Azure AD
  • Microsoft Windows 10/11
  • Microsoft Office 365 & Teams
  • Experience working in case management systems and remote control tools
  • Proficient in using the phone and computer as your primary work tools
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Other Information

  • Contract Period: Start in early July 2026 for an initial duration of approx. 11 months (good opportunities for extension up to an additional 6 months).
  • Work Location: Eskilstuna
