Do you want to drive digital development in a production environment? We are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Automation & IT Specialist who wants to contribute to developing and optimizing our IT and automation infrastructure.

About the role

In the role of Automation & IT Specialist, you will hold a key position in ensuring stable, secure, and efficient digital processes in the factory. You will work closely with both local and central teams to strengthen cybersecurity, develop IT/OT infrastructure, and drive digitalization and automation projects.

You will be a crucial part of the factory's ongoing digital transformation, supporting the business through technical expertise, training, and improvement work.

Your main responsibilities

• Responsible for operations, support, and development of the factory's IT/OT environment
• Work with PLC systems, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to the electrical department
• Drive improvement projects within automation, digital infrastructure, and data collection
• Ensure a high level of cybersecurity and compliance with internal and external requirements
• Implement and develop IT tools and digital solutions
• Create automated reports and visualizations for the business
• Coordinate and follow up with external suppliers and IT services
• Participate in and drive initiatives within digital transformation

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience working in automation, industrial IT, or OT environments
• Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial networks
• Experience with IT infrastructure, servers, and networks
• Understanding of cybersecurity in industrial operations
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
• Ability to train and support users in technical matters
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
