About the role:

As an IT Technician, you will handle much of the daily IT operations, ranging from maintenance and support to more proactive work with the continuous improvement of active IT systems. You are given freedom under responsibility and will work broadly with challenging tasks in an exciting environment within an industry currently experiencing significant growth. In the long term, you will have excellent opportunities to specialize in areas that particularly interest you. The role involves some hands-on work where you will need to go out into production or other parts of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take an active role in developing and introducing new digital tools together with project managers and various parts of the business.
• Ensure stable operation and functionality of our IT systems through ongoing maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Act as the link between users, laboratories, and IT regarding questions about systems, integrations, and data management.
• Contribute to collecting, processing, and automating data, as well as generating relevant reports.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a post-secondary educational background in IT or similar.
• Has several years of experience in similar work.
• Has good theoretical and practical knowledge of system administration and IT operations.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work.

It is an advantage if you have:

• A background in, for example, system development.
• Understanding or knowledge of programming and scripting.
• Experience with various tools in the Microsoft environment related to IT operations and data management.

We also believe that you are a solution-oriented person who can act in the present while maintaining focus on set goals. About the employment:

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site. The role may involve undergoing a security clearance.
