The administrative unit employs a total of 14 staff members with various roles: system administrators, business controllers, object managers, developers, economic handlers, archivists, board secretaries, fee handlers, and registrars. The administrative unit provides support for overarching questions and processes to the social services department's business areas and management.

The social services department's administrative unit houses several functions, which means the tasks are varied. Our willingness to collaborate and solve tasks together is fundamental.

Job Description

We are in an exciting phase where digitalization is becoming an increasingly important part of our operations. As a System Administrator, you work with business-oriented IT and act as the link between the business operations and the technology/system support. You work with system administration, improvement, and development of the systems that support work processes within the operations.

You will be part of a team with two other system administrators and an object manager. Together, you will support the operations in various IT systems, including Treserva, TES, Medvind, Alfa-care, and several others. These systems support work processes within the municipality's healthcare, elderly and disability care, and individual and family care.

Your duties also include user support, documentation, problem-solving, troubleshooting, rights administration, and planning. You will also plan and conduct training for users on business systems. Furthermore, you will participate in development issues regarding systems, processes, and routines.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A post-secondary education relevant to the role, e.g., in IT, social work, healthcare, or work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• Knowledge of systems such as Treserva and TES or similar systems.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Previous experience working with system administration.
• Work experience within the field of municipal healthcare, elderly and disability care, and/or individual and family care.

You are structured, take initiative, can work independently, and are proactive. We also believe you are an analytical problem solver who identifies improvement and development opportunities and sees changes as an opportunity.

You are skilled at collaborating with others and communicate in a clear and pedagogical manner. You are confident in your role as a System Administrator and enjoy maintaining a high service level with good customer service. Personal suitability is highly valued.
