We are currently looking for an engaged IT Technician who can work full-time during weeks 32–49 and help Swecon with the migration of the IT environment from the previous owner, Lantmännen, to Volvo CE.

You will become part of Swecon’s IT department, which consists of three experienced colleagues, and the position is located at Swecon’s headquarters in Eskilstuna. You will report to the company’s IT Service Manager.

The main task during this assignment is to install new computers for all Swecon employees, working together with Swecon’s IT team. Depending on your skills and experience, the scope of work may be expanded.

This is a consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will be hired out to our client, Swecon, in Eskilstuna.

To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented, structured, communicative, and resilient.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have a strong interest in the IT field and wish to continue developing within it.
• You have relevant upper secondary education in IT.
• Previous work experience as a network technician, IT support, or IT technician is meritorious.
• You are skilled at problem-solving, work carefully and in a structured manner, and have the ability to prioritize.
• You have good technical knowledge in IT (Windows, PC, printers, technical troubleshooting, telephony) and are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• A manual B-driver’s license is required.
