We are looking for an engaged and caring personal assistant who wants to work for a cheerful woman in her 50s living in her own apartment in Vårgårda – together with her beloved cats. She communicates without speech and has epilepsy, meaning she needs support in her entire daily life. This can involve personal care, practical household tasks, and accompanying her to various activities – but also something as simple and important as being a secure and present companion.

The position is a temporary hourly contract to cover extra needs, primarily during the summer holiday period. This means we value your availability and flexibility – it is important that you can step in with short notice. This job is perfect for you if you are studying or have another part-time job and want to combine it with a meaningful side job.

We are looking for someone who is positive, secure, and responsible. If you have experience or education within care/assistance, it is a big plus – but most importantly, you must be the right person and that you get along well together.

To succeed in the role, you need to be calm, attentive, and clear in your communication. It is also important that you have good physical fitness, a certain degree of perseverance – and preferably a sense of humor, of course! A driver's license is a plus but not a requirement. However, you must have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• 📅 Start date: According to agreement. The greatest need will be during the summer holiday months.

• ⏳ Contract: Hourly contract on an as-needed basis with an introductory shift. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.

• 🕒 Working shifts: Varying shifts throughout all hours of the day – day, evening, night, and weekends.
