RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a teacher for the intermediate school level (grades 4-6). The role involves mentorship and teaching in collaboration with colleagues within the grade level, as well as within the teaching team you are part of. Naturally, it is important that you establish a good collaboration with the students and their guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

The basic requirement is that you hold a teacher’s degree and have applied for or obtained certification within your field of operation. You should have a strong interest in creating positive learning environments and a good teaching culture together with your colleagues in the teaching team.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We also value that you have good collaboration skills while maintaining your own drive. You should be social and have an easy ability to build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You should be structured, clear, and consistent, with the ability to take initiative, showing a high degree of engagement and flexibility.

You see opportunities instead of obstacles, and you understand the importance of students' influence on their own knowledge development. Language, learning, and identity are of utmost importance for the student to have the opportunity to develop in all subjects. You see it as a given to create conditions for all students so that they achieve good development in an stimulating environment.
