About the position
We are looking for colleagues who want to work with us over the summer and as hourly casual staff into the autumn! Or perhaps this is just the beginning of a continued journey within the care profession, and you want to stay with us longer?

We are currently looking for more colleagues who want to work as personal assistants for our client in the Uppsala area.
About you
To thrive with us, you are someone who enjoys working with people and can attend to the needs of others. As a person, you are attentive, responsible, and flexible, as well as a good team player. We place great importance on personal qualities and suitability for the role in relation to the client match.
It is a merit if you have:
Experience working within care or personal assistance
What does a typical day look like?
The role involves working closely with the client and adapting your support to individual needs. Your workplace is where the client is, for example, shopping, doctor's appointments, or coffee in town. You are there for the client as they live their life based on their conditions.
The client has varying working hours on both weekdays and weekends, and shifts can include day, evening, and night.
Tasks include, among others:
Support with daily routines and household chores
Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals
Practical support in daily activities
Transportation and mobility assistance
Extent: Varying employment rate
Number of positions: 5
Start date: Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.
Things to consider before your application:
A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and submit a personal certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.
Due to the fact that the position may involve working alone, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) may not be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18 years of age, you are required to present an extract from the criminal records register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the register check will cover both the criminal records register and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Please note that processing times may vary, so orders should be placed well in advance.
