We at Vår Omtanke are now looking for several personal assistants who want to work with our client in Enköping! In this role, you will make a difference in people's lives and work together with us according to our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.

About the position

The girl lives with her parents and siblings. You will help her with all care, transfers, tube feeding, exercise, suctioning, and inhalations. The girl has extensive care needs and requires full supervision. We are therefore looking for an assistant who is meticulous, reliable, and attentive.

As a personal assistant, you will help create a secure and pleasant daily life for the girl under the existing conditions.

Who are you?

We prefer that you have experience working with various aids such as respiratory equipment, suctioning, and changing/emptying a stoma bag. This is an advantage but not a requirement, as long as you are quick to learn and accept good advice from the team leader or other assistants who know the girl well.

You speak fluent Swedish, are flexible, and can travel within Sweden and abroad. As a person, you are flexible, responsive, and stress-tolerant, showing respect for the individual, the assistant group, and relatives. You have a positive attitude, are driven and forward-looking, while also being calm and humble.

Only female applicants according to the client's request. You must also be able to provide an extract from the police criminal record register.

Working hours and employment rate:

Currently, we are looking for hourly substitutes for both unplanned and planned absences. In the long run, there is the possibility of a permanent schedule line.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensations are made according to the collective agreement.

Start date: According to agreement
