I am a man living in Skövde who needs personal assistance around the clock. I thrive best when I can spend time with my family, go for walks, swim, and participate in activities that promote my well-being. I appreciate engaging in sensory-rich activities.

Your workplace is wherever I am, whether at home, with friends/family, or out on a trip. I move around using a wheelchair and communicate through sounds and body language.

I am looking for someone who is humble, patient, and flexible, and who believes in good collaboration where we together create a meaningful life for me. As my assistant, you will play an important role in supporting me with a warm and empathetic approach. Your support is needed for various activities and the use of different aids. Experience in personal assistance is an advantage. Your ability to be present and attentive is crucial.

• It is important to note that I have allergies, which means the workplace must be completely scent-free.
• You need to speak Swedish fluently, both spoken and written.
• It is also desirable that you are smoke- and snus-free.
• Having a driver's license is an asset.

Scope: Extra as needed. Work shifts vary, and you must be prepared to work days, evenings, weekends, and nights, including on-call duty.
