Together with Oddwork, we are now looking for an Accounting Assistant responsible for accounts receivable – a role for you who enjoys control, authority, and a central position in the business.

As an Accounting Assistant You will be part of an accounting team of three people where collaboration is close and responsibility is clear. Here you will have overall responsibility for accounts receivable and be a central function in the daily flow between sales, customers, and finance, with a clear focus on ensuring that business rests on the right financial conditions.

Your responsibilities include payments, reconciliations, reminders, and collections, where continuous follow-up ensures that the customer flow is updated and correct. Your role also includes credit assessments and customer risk management, as well as quality assurance of new customer setups in the business system Business Central. Before the business proceeds, customer information, financial documentation, and terms must be correctly registered and anchored.

The role also involves ongoing dialogue with customers on financial matters, such as invoice inquiries, payment agreements, and issues related to overdue payments. Internally, the function acts as a natural advisory party to the sales department when business needs to be assessed from a financial perspective.

We are looking for someone who.... ... has several years of experience in finance and is comfortable with accounts receivable and ongoing bookkeeping. Structure and discipline are a natural part of your working style, and you thrive when numbers, flows, and follow-ups are under control.

At the same time, you are a person that others like to turn to. You are clear, confident, and professional in your dialogue with both colleagues and customers, and you see the value in being a stable contact point in the organization.

You work methodically in business systems, pay attention to details, and understand how your work impacts the whole. Responsibility motivates you, and you thrive in a role where your competence is recognized.

• Several years of experience in ongoing bookkeeping

• Experience in accounts receivable and monthly reconciliations

• Good system proficiency, preferably Microsoft Business Central

• Experience with monthly closings is a plus

• Swedish and English, both spoken and written
