Business Developer for the Technology Department

At the Traffic Administration, you will work with strong brands such as SL, Waxholmsbolaget, Transport Service in Region Stockholm, and the Tram Museum.

Together, we are responsible for half of Sweden's public transport and we have high ambitions. We are developing one of the world's most sustainable and attractive public transport systems. About the role

The technology department is on an exciting transformation journey! In this role, you will drive important business development activities to create a more systematic and efficient asset management. You will have the opportunity to build and develop processes and competencies to coordinate activities across departments while contributing to the internal governance and control of the technology department. If you want to influence the future development of the Traffic Administration, this is a unique opportunity for you!

Some examples of tasks:

• Drive approved business development activities based on clear assignments, both within the technology department's mandate and across several departments
• Analyze development needs
• Develop, implement, and introduce improved processes and working methods
• Drive and coordinate cross-departmental assignments
• Participate in the work of the department's internal governance and control.

Be a relationship builder who enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders at all levels within the organization. You have the ability to see the big picture and drive issues forward together with others to find smart solutions. You are also communicative and attentive, with a strong drive to lead change processes effectively and inspiringly.

Requirements:

• Relevant education in quality and/or process management
• Several years of work experience leading various business development or change management projects
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have:

• A degree from a university, in fields such as technology or social sciences
• Training in change management
• Experience from public sector work
• Knowledge to lead workshops
• Experience in assignment/project management.
