As part of Novum Assistans, you will be involved as an employee through regular workplace meetings where the development of assignments takes place. We, as an assistance company, create the conditions for the tasks that assistance requires, in ongoing competence development based on the needs of the assignment. As an assistant, you will thus have the opportunity for personal development both as an individual and in your professional role as a personal assistant.

The chemistry and interaction between you as an assistant and the client are crucial for the quality and experience of the work. The goal is for the woman to feel joy and a sense of belonging that affects her experience of quality of life.

It is important that you are flexible to sometimes step in to cover gaps in staffing.

The job responsibilities include supporting the woman in her work during daily activities, physiotherapy, personal care, and alternative and augmentative communication as the woman does not have a spoken language. Your job responsibilities also include accompanying her on leisure activities such as horseback riding, movies, swimming, and various outings. As the woman has her own car, which gives her great freedom, we are looking for assistants with a driving license.

Working hours vary between: full day, evening, awake night, and weekend.

The positions are time-limited during the summer months but with the possibility of continued need for substitutes.

We offer a fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations according to collective agreements.

About the recruitment

The selection process is ongoing, and more information about the assignment will be provided during a possible interview. Start date will be agreed upon. For employment with Novum Assistans, you must have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service.

In this recruitment, we apply a personality test for all applicants. This takes about 15-20 minutes to complete, and you will receive an invitation via your email after you have applied for the position. The tests help us match the right person with the right job.
