Your tasks

Being an administrator with us means being a support to the management and operations. You will have daily contact and provide service to the manager, employees, students, and guardians. You are therefore important as the face of the organization.

We offer varied tasks such as personnel and payroll administration, substitute management, student administration, and invoice management. A large part of the work involves student management in IST administration, and the other administrative systems used are primarily Heroma, W3D3, and Unit4 ERP. Even though the tasks are performed with different administrative tools, the assignment fundamentally involves providing service. You will be part of an administrative network where there is an opportunity to exchange experiences, receive information, and professional development directed towards your profession.

Your workplace

Ekholmsskolan is a secondary school in the southern districts of Linköping with about 400 students and is set to grow with additional classes. The school also has a resource school for students with autism, which is affiliated with Ekholmsskolan's teaching, so you will be part of a large group of colleagues.

Your workplace is located at Ekholmsskolan, where your closest colleagues are custodians, schedulers, assistant principal, and principal. We share premises with the adapted primary school, so you will also meet the administrator for their operations.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who has a high school education and prior knowledge of IST administration. Experience in payroll, finance, and/or personnel administration is an advantage. You have good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish, as this is a prerequisite for being able to carry out the required documentation and communication with others.

As a person, we seek someone who is secure, stable, and has self-awareness. You work independently and in a structured manner and take great responsibility for your area of work and for meeting set deadlines. You have good service skills and can see the needs within the administrative assignment. Furthermore, you collaborate well with others and communicate clearly. You easily adapt to changing circumstances while being meticulous and well aware of quality standards.
