Your Role

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be an important part of our team and support the management group with various administrative and organizational tasks. You will be responsible for managing the flow of information, security issues, financial administration, and local coordination. The role also involves working with the onboarding of new employees, conducting security interviews, and planning and coordinating internal and external events.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for security issues and financial administration
• Manage document handling and meeting minutes
• Support the management group with general administrative tasks
• Coordinate events and group bookings
• Manage information flow and ensure correct information to staff

Saab Tactical Electronics develops, manufactures, and sells rugged vehicle electronics to various customers around the world. The company is located in Linköping/Malmslätt with around 65 employees.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, service-oriented, and has good organizational skills. You are used to working with multiple tasks simultaneously and have the ability to set boundaries when needed. You have an interest in security and finance, and are unafraid to take initiative and learn new systems.

Experience in administration, security, and finance is an advantage. You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
