Your Responsibilities

In the role of order administrator, you will have a central role and work in direct contact with the company's customers, suppliers, and colleagues within the organization. You will be responsible for the order process and customer service together with your colleagues. The work also involves very close collaboration with the company's production, sales organization, and Application Engineers. You will work with;

• Order registration in the SAP business system
• Quoting
• Customer support
• Delivery monitoring
• Reporting of completed work
• Invoicing
• System maintenance
• Customer support

You are stimulated by structuring and prioritizing your work, both in the short and long term. Requirements

• Technical interest
• Experience in the order management process
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with the SAP business system is an advantage
