Your Role

As Operational Support in the area of Sourcing & Supply, you will work to ensure the organization's compliance with requirements and regulations, as well as to capture the operational needs for improvement. In this role, you will independently drive and lead projects within the purchasing function and be responsible for developing and implementing methods and tools that enhance productivity. You will engage in processes, methods, and tools, where you organize and collaborate with groups to optimize work. Additionally, you will support the implementation of new regulations, create documentation, and update processes to ensure the organization's efficiency and compliance.

Your tasks include:

• Developing and implementing methods and tools to improve productivity
• Providing support and training to employees to ensure the right skills and knowledge
• Your role may also include tasks as a superuser for specific systems, where you support colleagues, disseminate relevant information, and manage improvement suggestions
• Acting as an interface with Aeronautics Operational Excellence

Your Profile

We are looking for a humble individual with good organizational skills who can adapt their communication to different target groups both within management teams and in collaboration with employees. You are motivated by combining your analytical and creative thinking to turn ideas into practice while being able to gather various parties towards common goals.

To succeed in this role, you should be structured, have good analytical and collaborative skills. You are self-driven, keep your commitments, and possess the ability to understand others' needs.

In this role, we see that you have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, purchasing, or equivalent experience.
• Previous work experience in business development and/or purchasing
• Interest and experience in working with legal requirements/regulations to develop methods within the framework of our processes
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in certain cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
