Description

We are looking for an HR Business Partner for our client, who will be a central part of the HRBP team.

The role involves close collaboration with managers in the Logistics Department, including E-commerce, where you will provide advice and coaching on all HR-related matters. You will be a key person in supporting managers in their daily work and contributing to long-term development and success by driving various HR processes and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory support in labor law, union collaboration, and negotiations
• Manage workplace environment issues and support managers in rehabilitation
• Work on management and leadership development
• Conduct training and support managers in recruitment and individual cases
• Participate in projects and change initiatives to ensure business goals are met
• Develop and drive various HR processes within the organization

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
• Experience in HR work within Logistics, E-commerce, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and pedagogical talent.
• Experience in driving change initiatives and working proactively with business benefits.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and establish trust with managers and employees.

The position is full-time. You will be employed as a consultant with us at Q and work on assignment for a client in Norrköping with up to 50% remote work.
