We are now looking for an HR consultant for a fixed term of 6 months with the possibility of extension.

As an HR consultant with us, you will have a close and central role, where you actively contribute to ensuring that our municipal operations function in the best possible way. Your work is broad and varied, including everything from labor law and workplace environment issues to competence supply, rehabilitation, and union collaboration. By working consultatively and coaching managers, you support them in creating effective HR processes that promote the municipality's long-term goals and success.

We are looking for someone with experience working as an HR consultant in a municipal context and who has a university degree in HR. You have solid knowledge of labor law, workplace environment, rehabilitation, competence supply, union collaboration, and salary formation. With your expertise, you can coach and support managers in a way that strengthens both their leadership and the organization's results.

To thrive with us, we prefer that you have experience in change management within HR, especially regarding the digitalization and automation of HR processes. You may have also worked with AI-based tools and digital HR systems to streamline processes and improve work quality. If you also have experience with systems such as Visma Personec P, Visma Recruit, Medvind, and WinLas, as well as experience in project management and implementation of HR systems, that is a significant plus.

You think strategically and analytically while being solution-oriented and structured. You enjoy working on multiple parallel tasks and are eager to contribute both operationally and strategically to ensure that the organization meets its goals.
