About the Position

As a presales agent, you will have daily contact with our customers and inside sales agents, as you have overall responsibility for ensuring that the calls we receive are the right calls.

You are the filter between our customers and our inside sales agents. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from customers wishing to contact a salesperson or case handler.

As a Pre Sales Agent, your goal is to ensure that our customers receive quick and professional assistance with their inquiries, whether they choose to call or email their questions.

In this position, you will also work on managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You will receive a large number of incoming calls daily, which you will then forward to the appropriate person.

You will be part of a team full of wonderful people. You will receive training in all your tasks to smoothly integrate into the position in a welcoming and effective manner.

About You

We are looking for someone with a natural engagement, a love for customer service, and a structured approach. You appreciate order and find effective ways to keep your tasks organized.

If you are attentive and can communicate in a trustworthy manner, you will succeed very well in this role.

You are comfortable using a computer as a work tool and feel confident in customer contact over the phone. If you have previously enjoyed roles where you have been the spider in the web, this is the position for you.

You are the everyday hero for our sales team, every day. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

It is advantageous if you have previously worked in administrative roles and with customer contacts via phone and email. We would also like you to have good knowledge of the Office suite.
