We are looking for partners to support us in delivering the service "Rusta och Matcha 2" on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service. We are particularly interested in individuals willing to work in areas where PerformIQ is not yet established. Visit our website to see where we are today.

You will have the opportunity to develop and achieve high competence within the service and become part of an extensive network across the country. You will also receive support in administration and finance. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving operations at your office/ offices with great freedom.

Your responsibilities:

Individual coaching: Conduct coaching sessions and create action plans tailored to the unique needs of participants.
Job matching: Assist participants in improving their application documents, preparing for job interviews, and connecting with employers.
Education matching: Identify and guide participants to educational opportunities that enhance their skills and increase their employability.
Documentation: Follow up and document participants' development and progress according to the guidelines of the Swedish Public Employment Service.

Candidate Profile

We prefer that you have a strong local network with contacts in both the employer and education sectors. Experience in leadership roles or running your own business is advantageous, but personal suitability, relevant experience, and good references are crucial. It is important that you meet the requirements of the Swedish Public Employment Service for mentoring and matching within the Rusta och Matcha 2 service:

Option 1

Education: University education equivalent to at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).
Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work. Part-time work can be counted if the accumulated work corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.

Option 2

Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with a passing grade.
Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work in areas such as management, recruitment, career guidance, or similar fields. Part-time work can be counted if the accumulated work corresponds to full-time over three (3) years.
