We are now looking for a Warranty Project Manager who will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting contractual requirements.

About the role

As a Warranty Project Manager, your responsibility begins at commercial operation and extends until the project is handed over to the service organization. Your main tasks include:

Managing warranty claims from commercial operation and leading warranty commitments according to agreements.
Being responsible for review projects or specific warranty commitments depending on the scope of the project.
Ensuring clear communication with the customer and project team, both in English and Swedish.
Focusing on financial aspects, including forecasts and cost control.
Reporting to relevant management and project board.
Travel may be required for the job.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working in projects and enjoys leading teams towards common goals.
Is solution-oriented and can handle technical challenges in a way that meets customer expectations.
Is comfortable communicating and reporting in English and Swedish.
Has a strong financial focus and experience in budgeting and cost tracking.
