Your Role

Saab's property department, Group Property, is responsible for meeting Saab's current and future needs for suitable premises. Group Property participates in the process of acquiring, maintaining, and disposing of premises, which can involve everything from renting, buying, or building to divesting, terminating, or demolishing when necessary. Group Property consists of a property-owning part and a part with operational responsibility for the property portfolio in Sweden and internationally.

In your role as Property Administrator in our department, you will provide administrative support to local property managers, department heads, and other coordinating functions within the department.

Your main tasks include:

• Key and lock administration.
• Administering and managing access rights.
• Preparing, analyzing, and updating documentation and data from the access system.
• Managing and planning various matters that come into Property through different channels.
• Actively participating in developing and improving routines and processes regarding lock and access systems as well as other areas within Property.
• Responsible for updating Group Property's intranet pages and other communication channels.
• Responsible for data on Saab's internal charging infrastructure, e.g., updating information about electric vehicle chargers at our sites and compiling reports on their usage.
• Administrative support.

Property is undergoing an expansive phase and is facing increasing demands, which means that new tasks are continuously added to the department.

Your Profile

For this position, we are looking for a positive customer-oriented person with strong self-drive and initiative. You are well-organized and have an easy time collaborating and communicating.

You are not afraid of change, learning new things, or the opportunity to help set new processes. Since a large part of the tasks are carried out in our digital systems, you find it easy to familiarize yourself with and work in new systems.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in the property sector.
• Experience in managing large quantities of locks and keys and access systems.
• Have acted as a cohesive and driving force for tasks from start to finish.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in certain cases, involve requirements for specific citizenship.

What You Will Be Part Of

Group Property is currently organized into three sections and consists of approximately 30 employees distributed across the country. As Group Property is a small organization in terms of the number of employees, we often work across departmental boundaries and support each other. You will organizationally belong to a newly formed team, Portfolio & Strategy, consisting of eight employees. The group serves as a central function that supports the rest of the department primarily with security, strategies, property systems, business development, contracts, and administration. The majority of the department is located in Linköping.
