Your Role

We are looking for an administrator who enjoys working independently and managing a variety of administrative tasks. In this role, you will be part of the Service Area Shared & Corporate, one of several Service Areas, where you will also be part of a network of about 10 administrators. Together, you will exchange experiences and support each other in daily work.

As an administrator, you will contribute by:

• Supporting managers with the onboarding of new employees and consultants, ensuring that all steps in the process are carried out smoothly and according to our guidelines.
• Managing the entire lifecycle of resources, including creating consultant accounts, ordering equipment, managing access cards, consultant extensions, and terminations.
• Assisting with local issues and other administrative tasks that arise in daily work.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is independent, meticulous, and responsible, with a natural sense of service and problem-solving. You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating in a team, where you both share experiences and support your colleagues. With your flexibility and adaptability, you handle various tasks and see solutions where needs arise. Your willingness to create structure and help others makes you a valuable resource in both daily work and longer processes.

To thrive in this role, we would like you to have:

• A couple of years of experience in administration and executive support or similar roles.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

Desirable skills/experiences:

• Hansa (procurement system)
• Workday/IMAS (HR and authorization system)
• SmartID (access cards)
• ServiceNow
• IT Service Portal (ordering equipment, etc.)
• Antura (resource allocation)

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
