We are looking for an Accounting Economist

Botrygg is a private construction and property company focusing on rental apartments, condominiums, and community properties. We manage more than 3,500 residential units and about fifty community properties. Both construction and management are conducted in-house with our own staff. Botrygg operates in Linköping, Stockholm, Uppsala, Norrköping, Gothenburg, and Örebro.

About the Position

As an Accounting Economist at Botrygg, you will be offered a varied and developing role with significant responsibility. You will handle ongoing accounting and tax reporting for both our group companies and external companies, and have regular contact with management and auditors.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Ensure that taxes and fees are handled and paid according to applicable regulations.
• Prepare periodic reports, property declarations, and income tax returns.
• Assist the CFO with materials for reports, analyses, and follow-ups.
• Record invoices and manage payments to suppliers with the support of AI for coding.

About You

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Post-secondary education in accounting.
• At least two years of experience in accounting and year-end work.
• Very good knowledge of year-end closing according to K3 regulations.
• Very good computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with the accounting system Visma Control is an advantage.
