We are now looking for an administrator for the Business Development department who wants to work with us during the summer of 2025.

The position runs from June to August 2025. You will work with a team of six people. Your work will be scheduled during the day from 08:00 to 16:30.

What do we do in the Business Development department?

In the department, we work to ensure the highest quality and product safety in our deliveries. We handle issues related to quality, chemicals, and the environment, and ensure that our internal processes are continuously developed and improved.

Job Description

As an administrator, you will play an important role in supporting our work with quality and product safety. You will primarily work in our internal IT systems, where you will produce reports with testing results for the paper delivered to our customers.

The role also involves handling customer inquiries, often in collaboration with adjacent departments, where clarity and integrity are important to ensure that the right information is communicated. In addition, you will have the opportunity to drive smaller investigations and follow up on issues in areas such as chemicals, the environment, and product safety. Your contribution helps ensure that our products meet the highest standards and that our customers receive the information they need.

Qualifications

• Ongoing or completed high school education with passing grades.
• Computer skills and knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• If you have ongoing or completed post-secondary education or knowledge of chemistry at the high school level or higher, it is an advantage.
