RemaSawco is a Swedish technology company specializing in delivering advanced system solutions for the sawmill industry. The company offers products and services within automation, measurement, and quality control, helping sawmills optimize their production and streamline their processes. Their solutions encompass everything from machine vision and image processing to intelligent data analysis to maximize yield and minimize waste. With a strong presence in the Nordic region and internationally, RemaSawco focuses on innovation and development to meet the sawmills' demands for high quality and efficiency. Their goal is to provide sustainable and profitable solutions by combining technical expertise with deep industry knowledge.

Welcome to a new exciting role in the service team at RemaSawco. As a service leader, you will work with planning and structuring the service work at the company. You will drive the operational work where your responsibilities will include planning and scheduling staff, invoicing, monitoring time reporting, and customer contact. We believe that having an interest in technology and thriving in both administrative and communicative environments is important. As the company is on a growth journey, you will also be involved in working on improvement areas at a more strategic level. Here, you will be able to engage your more problem-solving and analytical side to influence how the department will streamline its work going forward. You will work closely with the head of the department and collaborate with approximately 20 service technicians, product specialists, and product adaptation engineers. In the future, the idea is that you will also take on some personnel responsibility - therefore, you should have an interest in that. The department currently has staff based in Sweden, Norway, and Finland, while customers are spread globally, so you should be prepared for some travel within the position.

The position is initially a consultancy assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has work experience from an area where you have gained an understanding of critical production and these types of tasks
• Has excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English, as the company operates globally
• Has completed a high school diploma

It is meritorious if you have

• An understanding of field service, perhaps from a background as a field technician yourself
• Previous experience from the sawmill industry
• Language skills in more European languages such as Finnish, Estonian, Polish, or German.

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience, or being self-taught.
