We are looking for a Service Technician for a temporary position in our operations and maintenance group in Linköping!

About the position

At Peab Operations & Maintenance, we work with the maintenance of parks, green areas, and streets in public environments as well as for property companies. Our assignments also include a lot of maintenance work and landscaping. In the role of service technician, you will perform various tasks where you will operate a lot of machinery. The tasks include leaf management, watering, transporting soil/gravel, sweeping, plowing, sanding, as well as repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of outdoor environments such as park equipment, fences, and more. The position also involves gardening work such as lawn mowing, pruning of bushes and trees, and planting flowers and plants. The tasks vary with the seasons and weather.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with previous experience in similar tasks and who has worked with various types of machinery. You should also have basic carpentry skills and landscaping experience, as well as experience and/or education in gardening.

A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position.

It is advantageous if you have:

· Economical driving

· Work on roads

· Training in CPR

About you

You can independently drive and prioritize tasks while being thorough and service-oriented. We expect you to have the ability to take initiative but also enjoy and thrive working with others in your team. Being organized, positive, and structured is a given for you. The ability to receive instructions and learn new tasks and routines quickly is also seen as an important skill.
