Information about the position

Scan is currently looking for a dedicated and technically skilled team member to strengthen their team. The work involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery as well as electrical/automated systems. You will be faced with a variety of tasks, where both large and small repairs and service jobs are part of your daily work. As an important part of the team, you will have the opportunity to apply and further develop your skills in mechanics, electrical, and automation. To facilitate your transition to the position, you will be offered a comprehensive introduction.

As a maintenance technician at Scan, you will work two shifts, daytime from 06:00-15:00 and evenings from 14:15-23:00 (with Fridays off). Weekend standby may occur.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and electrical/automated systems
• Report work in maintenance systems
• Participate in improvement work and projects

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an education in electrical or automation engineering
• Is accustomed to practical work with hands and tools
• Has good data skills
• Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English
• Has good physical condition as work is partly carried out in cold environments and climbing at heights may occur
• Has a B driver's license

It is highly meritorious if you have good knowledge of troubleshooting electrical or automated systems, or have previous experience in servicing and maintaining industrial machinery.
