In collaboration with our customers, PLW installs sustainable technical solutions in electrical, telecommunications, alarm, data technology, and energy, creating security in our customers' everyday lives. PLW operates throughout Sweden but has its main operations in Östergötland, Småland, and Södermanland. Our head office is located in Linköping.

Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Fire and Security Technician, you will work on the installation, maintenance, and repair of various fire and security systems at our customers' premises. Work is documented and reported according to established procedures. You will also conduct inspections. We are a close-knit team where everyone helps each other and works broadly across the field, giving you the opportunity to shape this role according to your interests. You will also have a lot of customer contact.

PLW Data & Security works with security-classified facilities that require Swedish citizenship. A background check is also conducted before employment.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a passion and interest in technology. You have previous technical experience with burglar alarms, access control, fire alarms, or similar in some way. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, Swedish citizenship, and a driver's license. You are also good at documenting in various systems, and it is highly advantageous if you have knowledge of any of the following systems: RCO M5 Mega, Assa Arx, Siemens SPC, Galaxy, Hedengren, or Schrack Seconet.

As a person, you are a team player who is dedicated to achieving goals with your colleagues. You are a driven and goal-oriented individual who also works in a planned and structured manner. You are communicative, proactive, and always customer-focused. While being a team player, you also need to be self-reliant.
