The Group Coordinator (GS) MEK final assembly is tasked with coordinating and following up on ongoing assembly work for all projects within final assembly in Finspång. GS is also responsible for planning internal/external resource needs within projects and final assembly for mechanical auxiliary systems together with the AO manager.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Planning resource needs within projects
• Planning external resource needs within mechanical assembly together with the AO manager
• Follow-up on time reporting within the department
• Project administration (follow-up on time reporting, project meetings, deviation management, etc.)
• Technical expert in the department
• Actively contribute to the department's improvement work
• Actively share information and knowledge with relevant functions and organizations
• Actively contribute to the department's goals
• Take responsibility for your own and others' safety
• Actively contribute to the assembly's 5S work

What You Bring

• Experience in mechanical assembly within final assembly
• Broad product knowledge of various gas turbine types
• Attention to detail in administrative tasks
• Good knowledge of staff competence levels within final assembly
• Understanding of and ability to work within the organization's financial frameworks and budgets
