As a nursing assistant/caregiver, you are a valuable key player who contributes to ensuring that our residents have a safe and meaningful life in their later years. We always start from the resident's wishes and abilities and focus on their strengths. As a nursing assistant/caregiver, you are responsible for providing dignified and good care based on the individual needs of the elderly. Typical tasks may include assisting with daily care, medication administration, documentation, support during activities, serving meals, and light cleaning in the residents' apartments. You will be involved in everything from educational care moments to enjoyable activities with the residents. It's a very exciting job!

Skräddaregården is an elderly home centrally located in Linköping with 10 dementia-focused places and 21 somatic places.

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference. We prefer that you enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. You should also be able to collaborate easily with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive when needed.

• It is highly meritorious if you have a nursing assistant education (or equivalent education) of at least 1350 points.
• It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience in elderly care.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
• We prefer that you have good computer skills and experience with documentation.

Employment type: Summer temporary position

Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment

Start date: June, July, and August 2025

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
