Your Role

Are you an engaged and communicative administrator who wants to work with development in your daily tasks? With us, you will have the opportunity to influence, contribute to strategic development, and become part of an engaged team. We are looking for a department administrator who thrives in a dynamic role with both operational and strategic elements!

The department currently consists of seven areas with a total of 280 employees. As a department administrator, you will play a key role in assisting the department manager, staff, and testing management with administrative support. You will also be a cohesive function for the department's administrator group, where you lead the overall work regarding common issues and processes. You will also be part of the department's management team, where you are an important player in both planning and developing the operations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate, streamline, and implement administrative processes in areas such as purchasing, travel bookings, finance, and documentation.
• Handle security-related tasks and support the work environment efforts in the department.
• Be a cohesive force for the administrator group by driving common issues and promoting collaboration and learning.
• Contribute strategically in the management team with planning, structure, and development of the department.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is an engaged and communicative administrator with the ability to create structure and efficiency. You have experience in administrative tasks and are used to working independently with significant responsibility. You are unpretentious and work to improve things in daily operations.

To succeed in this role, we see that:

• You have several years of work experience as an administrator
• You have experience with administrative systems and good knowledge of the Office suite
• You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English

If you also have experience leading teams or projects, it is a significant plus!

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
