Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for a project support for industrial projects who plays an important role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and according to plan. Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing project administration, including meeting minutes, project plans, and resource planning.
Managing purchases and monitoring certain aspects of work.
Ensuring effective use of project management systems.
Helping to structure the organization during its growth phase.
Following up on project progress and assisting with follow-ups.

Your Profile

Previous experience in project support, preferably within a project organization and industry.
Technical interest and understanding.
Knowledge of project management systems.
Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
Knowledge of Excel.

The project support role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. In this role, one must be flexible and adaptable to effectively support various aspects of the project. You are self-driven and have the ability to identify what needs to be done and act proactively to drive the work forward.
