Your ResponsibilitiesAs a program manager for cost reduction, you will work closely with the Business Excellence manager and the management team to plan, control, and follow up on the cost reduction program. You will support project managers and executives in developing business cases for projects, prepare status updates, and present to the local management team. Examples of tasks include:- Set goals for the business regarding cost reduction and follow up with the management team and other stakeholders.- In collaboration with the service functions, identify new cost savings.- Assist in calculating savings/business cases for improvements and projects.- Ensure that savings are updated in the One PUMA Web system. Partly by updating yourself, other parts of the organization update the system.- Support in portfolio management of our business development projects.

Your Profile- Experience in compiling data and presentations and presenting them.- Experience in compiling and analyzing data.- Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint.- Experience working with business intelligence, e.g., Power BI.- Basic understanding of how to develop a business case.- Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.- Understanding of processes in a similar industry.- University degree.
