We are looking for a receptionist to work at KustCamp Ekön. We are a four-star camping paradise with a fantastic location in the wonderful archipelago of Gryt. The work in the reception is a service job, which means that it is your task to listen to our guests' various demands, expectations, and solve problems. As a receptionist, you should be able to answer questions about the campsite and guide guests on activities in the area.
MAIN TASKS:
- Check-in & Check-out of our guests.
- Assist our guests.
- Handle bookings via phone, email, and on-site.
- Retail sales.
YOUR PROFILE:
You have a sense of order and good planning skills. You need to be able to lead and delegate tasks. It is important for us that you can take initiative and have a good service attitude and the ability to make people feel welcome. You should be a source of joy among our guests and other colleagues.
