We are now looking for Customer Service Specialists who want to work with us during the summer of 2025.
This position runs from June to August. You will work with a team of nine people, and your working hours will be scheduled during the day between 8 AM and 4:30 PM.
What do we do in the department?
The Customer Service department is the hub for communication between our customers and our internal functions. We work to ensure smooth order and delivery processes and to resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. Our goal is to provide customers with the best possible experience and build strong long-term relationships.
Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the link between our customers, sales managers, delivery and production planning, and other internal and external parties. You play a central role in providing our customers with professional service and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and invoices, as well as updating customers on order status and any discrepancies. You will also work proactively to minimize the risk of delays in the supply chain.
You will work with:
- Managing and administering customer orders from receipt to invoicing.
- Being the point of contact for assigned customers and answering their questions.
- Following up on order status and informing customers of discrepancies.
- Working to improve delivery flows and customer experience through proactive management of delays.

Qualifications
- Ongoing or completed high school education with passing grades.
- Good administrative skills.
- Good computer skills and system understanding.
- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- It is an advantage if you have an ongoing or completed university or vocational education in logistics, purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or economics.
- Experience in similar tasks within customer service, order management, or delivery planning, as well as prior experience with business systems, will be highly valued.
