HR Payroll Administrator

About the position

At LFV, we have high ambitions to change and strengthen our work to attract and recruit new staff. To succeed in our efforts, we need to strengthen our team with an administrator who can keep all our processes together.

You will belong to the HR-Payroll Unit, which is responsible for providing advice and support to managers and employees in areas such as work environment, labor law, recruitment, and personnel and payroll issues. The unit consists of 14 employees stationed in Norrköping, Stockholm, and Malmö. In your role, you will report to the HR-Payroll manager.

You will be part of a working group with 3 other colleagues who focus on recruitment and the development of our working methods. In your daily work, you will also collaborate closely with managers within the organization as well as other colleagues in the HR-Payroll unit.

Your main tasks will be to manage the administration of our recruitment processes and provide support in all parts of the recruitment process from advertising to hiring. You will also play an important role in our work to recruit the future air traffic controllers, which involves a solid competency-based selection process with several selection methods, including cognitive selection tests. We are constantly working to streamline and digitize our processes. Here, you will contribute your experience in administration and participate in projects that drive our work in digitization and automation forward. The role also includes being generally helpful with administrative tasks related to the HR-Payroll unit. With us, you will encounter an exciting everyday life where no two days are the same.

We are looking for someone who

• Has post-secondary education in the HR field or other education and/or work experience that the employer considers equivalent.
• Has solid experience working with administration in connection with recruitment.
• Has experience working with recruitment systems.
• Has generally high IT maturity.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

• Have been involved in and managed parts of recruitment processes.

Employment

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Norrköping. Placement at our units in Malmö and Stockholm is also possible. Before employment, we conduct a drug test.
