SweGreen is an Agtech company offering globally unique on-site growing solutions for retailers, grocery stores, restaurants, hotels, and property owners, enabling them to grow premium greens - from sowing to harvesting - directly at their own facilities. We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to join our Customer Success Team in Östergötland – Linköping, Norrköping, and surrounding areas!

As part of our team, you will play a central role in onboarding, training, and supporting our partners and customers in the region. You will help ensure that our customers succeed with their SweGreen units, where they grow fresh herbs and leafy greens year-round at their own facilities.

You will be part of a team of account managers in different parts of Sweden and will be led by our Head of Customer Success. The role is dynamic and collaborative, offering a mix of practical problem-solving, account, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer onboarding and provide tailored training.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor success metrics for growing units and offer proactive support.
  • Utilize digital tools to streamline operations, harvesting plans, and enhance the customer experience.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A high level of service and passion for customer collaboration.
  • A team player who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on, and solution-oriented environments.
  • A genuine interest in sustainable agriculture, modern technology, and customer management.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in modern productivity tools and CRM platforms.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms.

Requirements:

  • A valid Swedish B driver's license.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Fluent English (strongly preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, customer service, or a similar role.

Preferred Skills:

  • Communication and training abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Solution-focused mindset with problem-solving experience.

Location: Östergötland area (Linköping, Norrköping, and surrounding areas).
