We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a competent and humorous workgroup within the labor market team, which consists of six employees. You will be part of the adult unit, which includes the labor market team, financial assistance, adult services, adult authority, and administration, totaling 18 employees and one unit manager.

The labor market team works towards clear common goals. We dare to try new things and allow ourselves to fail, learning from both our successes and failures.

Job Description

The foundation of the labor market team is that individuals who need to be prepared to manage studies or work are gradually transitioned through labor market initiatives where both individual and group steps are part of the process.

At the beginning of 2025, we will start a group step within shortage occupations through a service team. The service team will perform various service tasks within municipal elderly care. This is a project that takes place in collaboration with the Employment Service.

You will work as a supervisor for a Service Team. Your role will be to guide the participants in the workplaces together with a colleague.

As a supervisor, you focus on our participants' strengths and opportunities. We support, motivate, challenge, set demands, and offer various initiatives based on individuals' conditions.

The position includes collaboration internally within the municipality as well as with the Employment Service, the Social Insurance Agency, and the Region.

The employment is a project position for 1 year with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education. To succeed in the role of supervisor, you should:

• Have experience working with people in need of support and development
• Have experience leading group activities
• Have clear leadership and the ability to lead
• Have a professional demeanor and the ability to create trusting relationships
• Have a structured working method and be easy to collaborate with
• Be fluent in Swedish; proficiency in other languages is an advantage

Number of positions: 1
Employment form: Project employment for 1 year with the possibility of extension, provided that necessary decisions are made. Project funds are granted one year at a time. The project will last for 3 years.
